| Roborock Q7 M5+ black | $249.99 | $129.99 | 48% |
Set expectations appropriately. These models are best if your home mostly deals with dust or small messes, and none of them are spectacular in obstacle avoidance. But…. if you’ve got a small place, and you’re willing to skip a mop, man, do I love the SwitchBot, and you know what? So do most people I recommend it to. Its SO small that it can get into tighter spaces, and make tigher radius turns. It gets between barstool lets. Its just adorable, too. If you’re dealing with carpet or pets, the Dreame gets you a mop and vacuum, and is the best in this group for suction with 20kPa. But, if the mop is more important, I say go with the Roborock.

| Eureka E20 Evo Plus | $399.99 | $224.98 | 44% |
| Roborock Q10 S5+ black | $549.99 | $264.99 | 52% |
| Eufy L60 SES | $399.99 | $299.99 | 25% |
The two heavy hitters here are the Eureka and the Roborock. Its worth noting the Eureka is bagless, and some folks really want that feature, I don’t personally enjoy that much interaction w my debris. And on paper, the E20 has better specs, but the Roborock has better suction in practice, so its my pick for carpets. I bring up the Eufy for this one reason: pets. Its the cheapest model with razors that will cut the hair up, but also has a roller design to make it less likely to clog due to pet hair.

| Yeedi S14 Plus | $1,199.99 | $399.99 | 67% |
| Eufy X10 Black | $699.99 | $449.99 | 36% |
I hauled that Yeedi to Arizona with me for a month in an AirBnB not expecting much. But through a month of canning in the kitchen, and the Arizona dust, and my dog, it shocked me with how good it really was. It navigated around absurdly placed furniture and into tight passages. It got real debris off my kitchen floor and mopped really stubborn stains clean. I was equally impressed on carpet. And getting a roller mop at this price (this is a significant sale)? I think its a great deal. Did I love the X10? Not as such. but… I can admit that its the right choice in this bracket for pet owners, between the obstacle avoidance (which uses AI, so downside.. AI, upside, it knows poop when it sees it) and a set of brushes meant to avoid getting tangled.

| Ecovacs Deebot X8 Pro Omni | $1,099.99 | $599.99 | 45% |
| Roborock Qrevo Curv | $1,599.99 | $649.99 | 59% |
If you are dealing mostly with carpet, I am always going to favor a Eureka model. But a step further, if you have pets? This is the model for you. The razor cuts the hair and I was surprised by how good the mop is. If you’ve got more hard woods, the Ecovacs is going to get you into a roller. But my high value pick? The Curv. A solid Roborock that has great vacuum and mop, well balanced, and is rock steady.

| Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 | $1,299.99 | $879.99 | 32% |
| Eureka J15 Pro Ultra | $999.99 | $736.16 | 26% |
But what about the Narwal Flow 2? Listen- if you just are super determined to get a roller mop, have a ball. But I’m telling you, the Edge 2 is a better robot. Its spinning mops, not a roller, but the rest of the specs and performance beat the Flow 2 by a lot. The only time the Flow 2 did better is on really rough stains. But Narwals aren’t great vacuums. So… the Edge. Is it the most beautiful tower? No it isn’t. But, it is the most solid robot in this bracket, IMO. That said, if you’ve got pets, or lots of carpet, I think these J15s are really, really good at that.

| Dreame X60 Max Ultra 2 | $1,699.99 | $1,359.99 | 20% |
Between the Saros 20 and X60, I liked the X60 better. Forewarning, it will return (a lot) to the base to recharge/empty/refill in big houses, but so what. I haven’t tested the Saros Sonic, but as a lover of vibrating mop pads, I kinda can’t wait.
